What You'll Do

  • Responsible for aspects of building messaging, owning sales process approach, value messaging
  • Improve adoption of sales enablement programs by working with sales managers and sales reps to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify sales enablement needs based on goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, battle cards, and training materials
  • Support the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss
  • Maintain sales enablement eLearning platform and technology to ensure it is easily accessible
  • Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement plans and iterate to improve results

What will you need to have?

  • Experience and knowledge in high caliber value messaging, frameworks and sales processes
  • Experience administering technology learning platforms including non-traditional LMS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated capability in building trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust course as business needs change and under pressure
  • Experience designing and delivering programs
  • 5+ years of experience partnering, collaborating, and consulting multiple internal organizational partners and stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and/or project teams
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional, user-experience, training, or process design

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $81,131 – $164,902 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
