Sales Executive (Wholesale - Cosmetic & Household)

NY Company Limited is a young e-commerce company, with online and offline retail as its core business. It not only expands international brands of fast-moving consumer goods/ beauty products/ home appliances, etc., the goal is to clear up for buyers Shopping wish list. We are looking for candidate to join us!

Responsibilities:
Achieve the company's monthly sales target by acquiring new sales opportunities and enhancing existing customer base

Maintain good business relationships with customers

Prepare sales forecasts, inventory reports, proposals and presentation materials

Handle all customer delivery issues, payments and enquiries

Prepare sales quotations and regular reports

Assist in order management including replenishment order and customer PO follow up

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in business or related disciplines

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

Experience in Japanese/Korean skincare and cosmetic industry is preferred

Mature, self-motivated, independent, responsible and good communication skills

Good in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

Good command of Japanese/ Korean is an advantage

Good command of PC software including Microsoft Office, etc Word, Excel (including pivot table & vlookup) and word processing
