Sales / Gym employee

The Sales, Gym employee assists in running all gym operations.

Ideal candidate has basic sales experience. The Sales, Gym employee is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance gym indicators for the club, including memberships, membership renewals, collections, marketing in and out of gym, membership retention, cleaning, customer service, daycare, and maximizing workout traffic.

Sales, Gym employee Job Duties:

• Must desire to work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintains accurate records using established Fitness19 sales systems.
• Must source, conducts telephone inquiries, and make follow up calls.
• Prospecting for memberships, leads, FB likes, IG follows, and positive online reviews while at the front desk.
• Greets members and guests enthusiastically and with a smile promptly upon them arriving and also when they are leaving to create a friendly and positive environment.
• Must be passionate about health and fitness.
• Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Must call, follow up, track, and manage client accounts that owe.
• Responsible for team cleaning of the club.
• Will help tracking, ordering, and getting club supplies.
• Will help in our Kids Club (daycare watching children) as needed.
• Job Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience desired but not mandatory,
• Solid verbal phone skills and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties.
• Preferably have worked in a quota bearing structure. Functional computer skills required
• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred..
• Excellent customer service and communication skills is a must.
• Ability to work and function in a positive environment.
• Flexible to schedule preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
