Sales Manager-Indonesia

We’re looking for an energetic Sales manager to grow ironSource Aura’s pool of mobile advertisers in Indonesia. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships and manage large mobile app companies to maximize business opportunities and growth of these accounts.


ironSource Aura helps the world’s biggest device manufacturers and carriers create an ongoing relationship with their customers by providing them with relevant content, apps, and services.


Requirements:
  • Existing network of relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem in Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in taking the value proposition of performance marketing platforms/campaigns to the clients
  • Proven track record in developing and closing new advertiser relationships through structured approach to win new business
  • Exceptional communication with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter willing to take ownership and be accountable whilst making a positive in the team dynamics
  • Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver on specific quarterly goals
  • Collaborative approach, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner in a technology environment

Role:
  • Position ironSource as a leading player within the mobile advertising industry in Indonesia through leadership, education and representation
  • Educating clients and partners around the specific value proposition that OEM channel’s bring to the table and activating new partnerships in the process.
  • Initiate and develop new strategic relationships with local advertisers and agency contacts in Indonesia and convert them into profitable partnerships
  • Grow Aura’s revenue share from Indonesia across all verticals (ie, eCommerce, OTA, OTT, ride hailing, fin tech, etc)
  • Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and build a broad base of repeat advertisers
  • Work across different R&D teams to articulate and develop new value propositions that meet evolving advertiser needs
  • Make specific packages for clients to ensure that seasonality and other aspects that may impact incremental revenue are addressed in a timely fashion
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with all key clients
