Sales Manager - Latin America

Acer America is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for Channel and Retail sales in Latin America, specifically for Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and English Caribbean territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this person will be expanding Acer's market share, expanding and developing relationships with key partners in the assigned region. We are seeking a relationship builder with demonstrated abilities to meet and exceed quotas. This individual should be familiar with consumer electronics (Computer Hardware experience is preferred) and have previous full closing and territory management experience in Latin America regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Analytical and process oriented individual, with proficiency in using excel, in order to work with customer’s reports, to monitor key metrics and sales performance by country.
  • Ability to create and implement initiatives in market awareness strategies, working together with the marketing team, an ability to work with cross functional departments.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of IT business and overall sales management / quota management / forecast management
  • 5-10 years of Sales experience, and Computer Sales knowledge is highly preferrable.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
  • Bilingual ability is required (English/Spanish, 50/50)
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced time management skills

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
