What will you do?
- Provide support to sales and partners for program questions, partner portal access/trouble shooting, sales and marketing requests, and more.
- Assist with partner recruitment and onboarding activities
- Provide enablement and communication support on channel related tools and processes, to both internal teams and Partners.
- Manage Channel data and data integrity within CRM; data entry, analysis, reports, and dashboards to bring insights to the Global Channel team
- Support partner communications needs in alignment with other internal teams
- Support ongoing reporting needs, Partner Conference Business Reports, and Annual Business Plans
- Build and analyze and display forecasting, pipeline information, KPI data etc. to client executives, program manager and MarketStar executive
- Scope Business Intelligence projects with internal BI team for automation in PBI
- Manage dashboards and reports in CRM
- Effectively manage projects to ensure successful execution; make changes, as deemed appropriate, to monitor progress and keep projects on schedule
- Bring a standard work and structure to the team as a liaison to support services, client, and other company operations
- Provide executive management with visibility and updates, ensuring compliance with priority and timeline expectations
- Work with training staff and MarketStar management team to develop and improve training curriculum (new employee, product, platform, small group, large group and 1:1)
- Establish a standard work and structure to the client engagement, liaising with support services and MarketStar operations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales experience operations experience preferred
- Experience in professional level sales preferred
- Sales experience required; inside sales experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working in a partner channel related position with an understanding of partner programs, tiering, and management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with client management
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- Excellent grasp of analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
- Skilled at sales methodologies, pipeline management, and best practices
- Excellent leadership abilities; skilled at management and mentoring
