Join us as our new Sales Representative, Ohio
Welcome to Novozymes and Microbiome Labs, a company on the forefront of innovation and collaboration with practitioners in the functional medicine industry. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to provide day to day support and education to existing accounts while driving revenue for current and prospective customers through consultative interactions, presenting our catalog and the science that supports our products. This is a great opportunity to get into the functional medicine industry and interact with healthcare practitioners that are on the forefront of change. This role will require a strong science base and ability to articulate complex medical topics. This is a hunter and farmer role; you will be required to nurture and grow current accounts while also expanding and pursuing new business. You will also make an impact by serving to support local healthcare practitioners to ensure the best knowledge base of the microbiome and our products to support optimal health.

Potentially relevant experience:
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to understand and articulate the value of the product or service, and work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets. Knowledge of functional medicine and experience in sales or healthcare is preferred.
  • 2-3 years outside sales experience
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Reliable transportation
  • SalesForce experience

This role will be remote working out of Ohio.

Expected salary range: The salary for this role typically starts at $40,000 + an uncapped tiered commission plan, but candidates' backgrounds, work experience and education will be considered when a final salary offer is made.
