What You’ll Do: As a Sales Services Analyst, you will provide support in the areas of contest administration and contest promotion, PIC testing and management of recognition awards. You will also:

• Lead the testing of contests and programming in the PIC systems. This includes using contest knowledge and skills to build case scenarios for projects, incidents, and small enhancements, then communicating the findings to the PIC and Contest team.
• Trouble shoot incidents for the business and to provide details needed for IT to correct them. You’ll also document the incident and make suggestions to IT for preferred outcomes. Create a proposal for major changes found needed during this testing for management approval.
• Thoroughly test PIC system changes, documenting test scenarios and results using contest knowledge. Provide test results and expected outcomes to IT for continued work, corrections, and audit purposes.
• Participate in project planning by gathering requirements, contest tasking, PIC contest planning and release planning as requested, using job skills to manage time.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• College degree or equivalent required. Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and testing skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to act independently and be accountable for their actions.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience with and knowledge of XML or SQL.
• Ability to work from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
