As the Sales Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership in the execution of strategic initiatives. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence and support the building of thought leadership materials
  • Utilize data tools to perform data analysis and make recommendations to senior management
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for use by senior management
  • Build business cases in support of key organizational objectives
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organization to drive process improvement and best practice creative work
  • Support in the development of new products and go-to-market strategies for the various industries GXO serves
  • Help drive value-creating insights, recommendations and solutions
  • Provide day-to-day support to senior leadership

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar field
  • Creative, curious, decisive and innovative thinker
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid track record of success
  • Highly proficient in reading, analyzing and interpreting business information
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and BI tools
  • Detailed-oriented, strategic thinker with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and competing objectives
