Sales Support & Order Processing Coordinator (2023-059)

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Support & Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers by providing processing orders, answering questions, and resolving customer problems and issues.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process sales orders for customer owned materials (CRR) or component / replacement items merchandise from internal customers and sales staff
  • Follow order from request or receipt of a customer owned/fielded unit placement to delivery
  • Verify orders for accurate price, parts, requirements, and quantity
  • Keep records for sales including: order status, shipping dates, availability, and back orders
  • Maintain sales order log (electronic sales order files) and associated documents
  • Work with other departments to resolve semi-routine customer order problems
  • Responsible for specific process, territory, product, or customer
  • Assist in training of less experienced employees

This position may require knowledge of SOX / 404 internal audit controls and related documentation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 year of experience in the essential functions of the position

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible
  • An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check. Applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.

Salary is $21.93 - $29.67 per hour. Several job-related and non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience in comparable roles, skill sets, training, education, licensure or certifications, other qualifications, market conditions and business needs influence actual salary offered.
