Where and how you can work


Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to hubs in Austin and San Francisco, which are now home to our US operations. So whether you're in Texas or California, you have choice in where and how you work in each of those states. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.


About the Team


The B2B Sales Systems Team enables continuous improvements to the application and supports our Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Legal business partners. We evaluate, implement and administer the technology stack that supports the B2B Sales and Marketing processes; e.g. lead generation & nurture, quote to cash, sales & marketing analytics, etc. This role will support the various teams within Sales and Marketing by ensuring continuous access to effective, efficient systems.


What You'll Do:


  • Configure Sales systems and users in support of larger development and implementation projects.
  • Validate, troubleshoot, and resolve Sales systems issues identified by users, administrators, and vendors, providing root cause analysis where relevant.
  • Update Sales system records individually and in bulk to support operational processes.
  • Meet with internal users & team members to better understand and resolve issues, feature requests, and projects.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement system configuration changes to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify potential impacts to integrations based on planned & requested system configuration changes.
  • Supervise integration health between core systems.
  • Advocate for automation and ā€œbest practiceā€ solutions when appropriate.
  • Assist with testing of new processes and configurations in third-party systems.
  • Contribute to documentation of key systems processes to reduce capability silos.


Who You Are:


  • Minimally 2 years of experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • 1-3 years of experience administering and supporting sales & marketing technology, such as: LeanData, Gong, Ironclad, Catalyst.
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash processes in a Software-as-a-Service company is preferred.
  • You have a growth mindset and enjoy learning new technologies and skills.
  • A meticulous attention to detail with the ability to analyze and tackle complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users.
  • Youā€™re a self-starter with excellent initiative and problem-solving skills ā€“ and an all-around positive attitude.
  • You have high personal integrity and a dedication to sound, ethical, moral, and legal business standards and practices.
  • Ability to take on multiple projects at once while prioritizing your time.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Critical thinker with creative solutions to solve challenges and meet business requirements.
