As our next Sales Systems and Process Analyst, you will work within the Commercial Operations team to support NAM field sales on process, systems, commissions, and sales budgets and will partner across functions to find efficiencies and offer solutions for the sales team. What You’ll Do

  • Manage monthly third-party commission structure in JDE and prepare the monthly commission disbursement for all brokers.
  • Lead/Project Manage territory structuring & alignment for NAM Commercial Organization
  • Manage Price Exceptions execution. Support and troubleshoot field sales inquiries and issues.
  • Manage third-party retailer product registration systems to ensure BIC meets product safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Build relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system and access continuity.
  • Serve as business partner and super user to Sales & IT for all key sales systems – JDE Price Exceptions & Forecasting and PowerBI Reporting
  • Streamline & provide continuous improvement for Sales systems and processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and create solutions for process improvement and simplification for key commercial processes.
  • Partner with Sales Capabilities to develop best practices for Sales Systems

What We're Looking for in You

  • Bachelor degree, 5+ years of experience in sales or analytical experience or related experience
  • 5+ years’ Sales or Analytical experience with Consumer Products Company
  • Proficient in learning systems and simplifying processes.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office; i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, detail oriented, career-focused
