Job Title: Sales Trainer / Enablement Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our Enablement Team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales training programs to ensure the success of our SDR, Commercial, and Enterprise sales teams. The Sales Trainer will work closely with leadership to identify training needs, develop, maintain, and deliver training programs, and measure the success of the training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs that focus on improving sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Create and maintain training learning content such as presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually for new hires and existing sales team members.
  • Collaborate with enablement and sales leadership to identify gaps in knowledge and skills and develop targeted training plans to address those gaps.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as sales performance, leadership feedback, and participant feedback.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding and ongoing training programs based on feedback and sales performance results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to ensure training programs are current and relevant and evolve over time.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing training and support as needed.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training or learning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and content creation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure the impact of training initiatives.
  • Some flexibility for travel
