Looking for a full-time administrator to manage our existing organization and assist with onboarding departments to Salesforce. This position reports to the IT Director and the hours are generally daytime, Monday through Friday, but some flexibility is required during high event periods. This is a very fast-paced and dynamic environment where every day will bring something new and different. This position requires a person with great interpersonal communication skills who can meet end-users where they are to help them with their responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include
The Salesforce Administrator will participate in the ongoing development, deployment, and support of our Salesforce org.
Apply critical thinking and critical thinking skills to research, troubleshoot, and walk staff and customers through our Enterprise Software Solution products to address their questions and concerns.
Handle all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks.
Manage Salesforce cases in a timely and efficient manner.
The administrator will work closely with department directors and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new processes.
Will work closely with Community Center and Federation staff in Membership, Health and Wellness, Early Learning Center, Marketing, and Philanthropy.
Remain knowledgeable of and provide technical leadership on best practices to use Salesforce systems and functions most effectively.

Qualifications
Ability to research and troubleshoot issues in web-based applications.
Experience administrating CRMs and willingness to certify as a Salesforce Administrator, training to be paid for by the Jewish Community of Louisville.
Ability to participate in the design and implementation of solutions to existing business challenges and opportunities.
Demonstrate follow-through and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and handle simultaneous assignments while adapting to changing deadlines, priorities, and workflow with success and accuracy.
Must be able to perform data entry, spreadsheet applications, typing, and word processing tasks.
Able to work as a team, as well as independently.
Able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all staff and the public.
Must be able to stay positive and professional under pressure.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and be on your feet for extended periods.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
