Salesforce Administrator

We seek a Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a part-time contract basis. The Salesforce Administrator will maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Administration and configuration.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator - a must
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Manage and maintain Salesforce data, including creating and updating records, users, and roles.
• Configure and customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the Salesforce system.
• Provide training and support for Salesforce users.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
