Position: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote

Provide Salesforce administrative support to the customer. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnichannel and Natterbox

5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience.
Experienced with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
2+ years of Service cloud admin experience
2+ years of Omnichannel and contact center application experience
Service cloud Consultant certification is a plus
Experience with Natterbox Contact center application experience is a plus
