Overview:
EagleView is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to work closely and effectively with key business owners/teams in planning, implementation, and maintenance of projects. This individual will interact closely with business, sales operations, support and systems teams to effectively provide ongoing support for projects of varying size, duration, and complexity as well as supporting production issues. This person will serve as the 'go to' for EagleView's users, develop and deploy scheduled releases, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, and more. This role provides interesting, varied and exciting work and an opportunity to ensure EagleView's Salesforce implementation scales with our rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Build customized solutions in Salesforce and associated systems that support EagleView's business requirements and processes

Work with business partners to review operational procedures, identify inefficiencies and design, develop and configure customizable and scalable processes and solutions

Perform reviews of the data, developing complex CRM solutions to ensure that best practices are followed and the best data solutions are provided

Proficient in designing, documenting, building, best practice declarative solutions

Salesforce system enhancements including complex formula fields, process builders, flows, validation rules, workflow rules and actions, approval processes, and reporting and dashboards

Configuration and maintenance of user security permissions and hierarchies to comply with organizational requirements

Maintain user roles, ensuring there are no security breaches that could place a risk on the company’s data

Understand and manage complex data migration and hygiene projects

Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce, including training, documentation as well as technical support and troubleshooting

Create system operation dashboards, reports and statistics that support data-driven decision making and process improvement across the organization

Review upcoming Salesforce release features and updates to integrated applications and provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency, stability and productivity

Build relationships at every level of the organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years administration experience within Salesforce REQUIRED

Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201) REQUIRED (ADM 211 preferred)

Salesforce CPQ Certification is REQUIRED
-
Salesforce Billing/Revenue Cloud experience preferred
-
Salesforce Platform Developer a plus

Lightning UI/Component Experience a must

Proficiency with SOQL and Lightning required
-
Aura, LWC, Visualforce,Web Services preferable

API integrations experience a plus

Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS

Experience with complex data migration scenarios, SQL, and data quality tools (e.g. DemandTools)

Must be able to work across multiple time zones

Bachelor's degree

Experience in managing integrated applications such as Salesforce CPQ, Highspot, Subscription Management (Revenue Cloud)

Self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision
