Job Title: Salesforce Architect with Experience Cloud Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in Experience Cloud to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that leverage Experience Cloud capabilities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure the successful delivery of Experience Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, extensive knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionality, and a proven track record of implementing successful solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that incorporate Experience Cloud functionality to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions utilizing Experience Cloud capabilities.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Salesforce architectural standards.

Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize Salesforce solutions built on Experience Cloud.

Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, such as communities, templates, themes, pages, and navigation menus, to enhance user experience.

Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce and Experience Cloud features, releases, and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to enhance existing solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least five years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, including the configuration and customization of communities, templates, themes, and pages.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Proven experience integrating Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.

Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products like Service Cloud and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
