This technically savvy individual will work closely with business sponsors and end users to translate business requirements into extendable and maintainable SFDC system solutions. The SFDC/ Certinia Administrator is responsible for implementing, testing and deploying solutions using Salesforce configuration, Certinia, and Flow. Because this role is internally facing, the Administrator must be able to communicate well with users who have a varying technical ability. As a result, the ideal candidate will need to possess a broach range of business and technical expertise.

Essential functions:

  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality solutions on the Force.com platform
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Communicate with other team members and internal users regarding project status, technical issues and creative solutions.
  • Demonstrate a passion for solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Execute solutions design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and show initiative to take on tasks
  • Ability to take on duties in unfamiliar territory
  • Manage business context and pressures to make SFDC and Certinia valuable to the business
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years as a SFDC Administrator
  • Certification as a SFDC Administrator
  • 2+ years experience with Certinia (Financial Force)
  • Experience developing and delivering solutions to internal users with an emphasis on Service Organizations
  • Ability to participate in requirements gathering sessions that result in clear requirements and technical design, even when working with non-technical team members
  • Participation and contribution in design sessions
  • Experience working with vendors/partners to configure and develop software solutions
  • Excellent business facing skills with the ability to solve multiple needs and manage scope in a positive way.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Communities
  • Experience with Netsuite

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline

At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. That said, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range to be as listed above and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will also be eligible for additional compensation incentives including an annual bonus and other great benefits.
