You must also have a working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills. Previous experience in a technology-related role is highly desirable.This is a challenging role that will require you to think outside the box and be highly adaptable. Responsibilities: Assist in the development of IT product management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency. Utilize Salesforce platform and other related technologies to achieve team goals. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions. Research and analyze the latest trends in IT product management and Salesforce platform. Maintain detailed records of product performance and customer feedback. Develop and implement test cases and processes for IT product management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to IT product management. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams.
