Marinas run on Dockwa and Dockwa runs on our SaaS tools. In this role, you will be at the epicenter of Dockwa’s systems strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across our business to shape our systems to deliver value. Your business acumen and tech skills will make a huge difference in this highly visible role.

As a Salesforce Senior Developer you will have ownership of the SFDC roadmap. We are looking for someone who can continually improve our SFDC platform and business processes. You’ll set the vision for the system and then execute us getting there!

As a Salesforce Senior Developer @ The Wanderlust Group you will:

• Become an expert in our SFDC ecosystem and partner with stakeholders to shape their business priorities and strategic initiatives
• Improve, manage, administer, and build custom development for our SFDC instance 
• Analyze and uncover root causes for problems and implement scalable solutions
• Proactively recommend business process improvements

We think the best candidates will:

• Have a proven track-record of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, integrations, and custom development
• Independently seek information, solve problems, corral resources and deliver results. You are known as someone who gets stuff done
• Build effective relationships and to listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Have relevant, progressive work experience applying SFDC technology to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes. This will likely look like 5+ years operating in a SFDC administrator or engineering role
• Know SFDC reporting backwards and forwards and will have Apex code, VisualForce/HTML pages, SFDX, SOQL queries, and other SFDC skills

$110,000 - $140,000 a year

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The Wanderlust Group is a unique company and culture. A hybrid B2B and B2C business, we connect boaters to marinas. Because we believe in the value of putting screens down and getting outside, we operate on a 4-day workweek and don’t cap vacation time. We take Mondays off, and prioritize focus and productivity Tuesday through Friday. We also care a lot about the marinas we serve. They are often small businesses playing an important role in the local economy around them. That dedication carries through our work. Finally, because we are wanderers at heart, we are a remote-first company. This, and all positions, can be based anywhere in the United States.
