MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn and support Information Technology Operations: Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development. Support marketing, sales, NCC, member care and leadership teams with data analysis
Analytical responsibilities: Identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to better support business processes or functions. Evaluate and implement ways to make internal processes more efficient using Salesforce automation capabilities
Reporting: Proactively create and manage reports and dashboards. Create custom views, report types, and email templates; manage user licenses/permission sets with profiles/roles; automation of tasks with process builder and flows; object management, such as creation of new fields, page layouts and validation rules. Resolve data integrity issues and assist with (and lead) data cleanup projects
Integrations and Testing: Maintain and lead Salesforce integration of external products, as needed. Follow testing processes in sandbox before deploying functionality in production. Document Salesforce Administrator processes in internal knowledgebase
Performs other duties as required
