Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and optimize operational performance across the sales organization. Leverage Salesforce and other enterprise software solutions to optimize sales operations. Analyze data and develop insights to inform sales operations and strategies. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels to drive sales initiatives. Provide training and guidance to sales team members to ensure compliance with established processes. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates on progress and performance. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the development of effective sales strategies. Manage and report on project progress and deliverables.
