Salsify is seeking a motivated Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves providing legal advice and support on various company initiatives, including commercial transactions and legal operations.

Skills

Experience in drafting and negotiating both sales and procurement contracts
Knowledge of data privacy and IP laws and concepts
Ability to work independently and proactively

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
Design and implement tools to enhance processes for scalability
Play a key role in advising on and implementing controls, policies, and processes to scale the business
Partner with InfoSec and engineering teams to implement data protection controls
