Commercial Counsel (Legal Counsel)
Salsify is seeking a motivated Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves providing legal advice and support on various company initiatives, including commercial transactions and legal operations.
Skills
- Experience in drafting and negotiating both sales and procurement contracts
- Knowledge of data privacy and IP laws and concepts
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Design and implement tools to enhance processes for scalability
- Play a key role in advising on and implementing controls, policies, and processes to scale the business
- Partner with InfoSec and engineering teams to implement data protection controls
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
