SamCart is a rapidly-growing eCommerce software platform seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer support and advocate for customer needs and experiences.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via FreshDesk email and live chat.
Troubleshoot technical customer issues.
Coordinate with product and support teams for escalations.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
Become a product and billing expert at SamCart.

Education

Experience working within a SaaS company
Prior technical support experience
