Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

Full time, permanent. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Central Brighton (Hybrid)

We’re on a mission to digitise the product sampling industry and help brands, retailers and publishers achieve superior results through targeted sampling. Trusted by many of the world’s leading CPG brands including Estee Lauder, Colgate Palmolive, Mondelez, Mars, Akzo Nobel and & Kao to deliver sampling campaigns on a global scale, we’ve grown rapidly over the past 4 years thanks to the strength of our platform & people. As we move into the next phase of growth we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

With ever-increasing investment in sampling the market is ripe for disruption so the role provides an exciting opportunity to help brands navigate the transition to digital sampling globally - and reap the personal rewards of doing so.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate Relationships: Reach out to potential clients and build strong connections
  • Engage Stakeholders: Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Identify Opportunities: Create, manage, and win new business opportunities
  • Assist Onboarding: Support smooth client onboarding with the Campaign Management team
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry news to understand client pressures
  • Understand Motivations: Develop insights into stakeholder goals and priorities
  • Present Proposals: Develop and present compelling business cases
  • Manage Pipeline: Oversee opportunities from discovery to commitment
  • Close Deals: Engage senior stakeholders and secure long-term commitments
  • Introduce Concepts: Sell new ideas and overcome objections confidently

  • Client Insight: Understand clients’ business, market, and audience
  • Skilled Negotiator: Match solutions to budgets effectively
  • Self-Motivated: Thrive independently with minimal supervision
  • Complex Deal Management: Navigate multi-stakeholder deals successfully
  • Time Management: Prioritise and organise time efficiently
  • Excellent Communicator: Deliver impactful presentations
  • Consultative Sales: Proven success in managing multiple stakeholders
  • CPG Knowledge: Understand the CPG industry and marketing strategies

French or German speaking would be a bonus! (But not compulsory)

Salary: £competitive (+ bonus, share options and benefits)
