Position Summary...What you'll do...As a Director, Product Management you will drive product strategy, roadmap and business outcomes for the entire Replenishment Product Stack that will be used by Sam's club Replenishment, Merchant and Supply Chain business stakeholders.About the TeamThe Sam's Club Omni-channel Replenishment Product Team is focused on creating an incredible omnichannel shopping experience, bringing members the best products at the best prices. We are a nimble group with an assorted background yet guided by the same north star, to delight and provide superior member experience irrespective of the shopping channel.What you'll do:• Develop and enhance products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks in our replenishment solutions.• Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.• Build relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.• Lead a team of 5 to 8 product managers who will develop solutions to change and advance our replenishment systems.• Own the entire product lifecycle including discovery, analysis, test and learn goals, MVPs, user stories, sprint execution, launch, and iteration.• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as other product managers, engineers, and operations across multiple offices and time zones.• Apply structured thinking to your problems in the form of journey mapping, value stream mapping, domain-driven design, root cause analysis, and dependency mapping.• Create "Go-to market" strategy, driving product adoption, conducting product demonstrations for executive leadership, evaluating product success and managing feedback process• Mentor, coach and motivate a team of diverse product leaders and product managers.What you'll bring...• Vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.• Ability to drive business plans and projects by identifying the member and operational needs of the product.• Solutions to large business challenges - communicate business and member needs to key partners to implement products and timelines.• Build a team environment by selecting, training, and mentoring.• Evaluate the effectiveness of your products and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
