You'll also have the opportunity to provide fantastic customer service, making a big difference in their shopping experience.You will sweep us off our feet if:• Experienced with both stocking and providing top-notch customer service, I am dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.• You place the utmost importance on ensuring member satisfaction.• You are a seeker of answers and a creative thinker who confronts impediments proactively.• You are unphased by change and are able to easily switch gears in your work environment.• You possess an exceptional ability to think differently and initiate progress.You will make an impact by:• Our primary objective is to guarantee that our members are provided with products of exceptional quality which are always available.• Maintaining cleanliness on the shelves, checking temperature levels, validating expiration dates, and getting rid of inferior quality food items are crucial aspects of food safety.• Storing products in suitable containers and presenting them in attractive displays.• Keeping the gym area clean, sanitized, and set to be used by the members at any time is one of the most fundamental duties of the gym staff.What you'll do:• Safety: Your safety should be the top priority, and you can ensure it by complying with safety guidelines, conducting regular safety inspections, eliminating hazardous materials, adhering to steel industry criteria, and reporting any safety hazards to the management.• Sales Floor Maintenance: One of the responsibilities of Sales Floor Maintenance is handling claims and returns. This entails processing them in a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction.• Member Service: Finding specific merchandise desired by members can be a challenging task, but it is an important part of our job in ensuring member satisfaction.• Freezer/Cooler/Deli Area Maintenance: Stick to food handling policies and maintain the freezer/cooler/deli area by operating, repairing, and cleaning the equipment as needed. It is essential to adhere to the Cold Chain procedures and monitor the fans, drains, and doors. It is important to note that the minimum wage for the job location will be met or exceeded.Additional Compensation:• The cost of extra premiums can fluctuate from $0.35 per hour to as much as $3.00 per hour, determined by variables including the work schedule, facility location, season, and the specific duties involved.Minimum Qualifications:• The minimum age requirement is 18 years old and above.• It is essential to complete all the mandatory job trainings and evaluations within the timeframe given to ensure successful career progression.
