Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Immigration Specialist to provide strategic guidance and support on immigration matters.

Skills

3-5 years of direct immigration experience
Experience with reviewing applications and screening applicants
Extensive knowledge of L-1A/B, H-1B, and other visa petitions
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Support and manage PERM and H-1B programs
Provide guidance for various NIV processes
Prepare and submit immigration applications
Stay up-to-date with immigration laws and policies
