Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a dynamic Payroll Service Manager to lead a team in delivering top-tier payroll management to North America companies.

Skills

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a complex environment
4+ years in customer service-related field
Experience with top tier payroll and HRIS systems
Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

Overseeing Biweekly, Monthly payroll and off-cycle runs accuracy
Researching market best practices and establishing benchmark payroll processes
Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of payroll professionals
Managing relationships with internal partners and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
APA Fundamental Payroll Certificate (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designations preferred
