Senior Infra Electrical Protection and Automation Engineer 74379

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Infra Electrical Protection and Automation Engineer to provide technical leadership in HV/MV/LV protection and automation for the site electrical power distribution system.

Skills

Experience with SEL relays
Strong knowledge in electrical power system analysis and protection
Project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead protection, coordination, automation, and controls for the electrical power distribution system
Provide technical leadership and mentorship for engineering projects
Manage relay commissioning, testing, and maintenance
Develop and maintain the electrical power distribution system model
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Education

BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution (Master's degree a plus)
