Role And Responsibilities Responsibilities and Duties :• Support and evolve the influencer and social media strategy for the Samsung Home Entertainment (HE) line of business• Experience leading all aspects of roadmaps for cross-functional global teams and coordinating resources across large groups• Partner with the performance marketing team to build a data-driven approach for tracking performance for both organic social and influencer engagement• Create content plans and brief the agency on necessary deliverables for campaigns, evergreen and promotional campaigns, identifying specific platforms to lean into for each.• Identify emerging trends and platforms relevant to Home Entertainment business to test and learn as early adopters, as well as opportunities for brand and sales• Share out campaign reporting, synthesize learnings, and distill key action items to internal teams, educating broader Home Entertainment team on social & influencer’s contribution to the business• Support innovative and impactful strategic marketing initiatives for the purpose of generating a best-in-class consumer experience.• Manage opportunities for test & learn program, and personalization• Monitor and execute multiple initiatives & projects simultaneously• Support digital agency of record and vendor partnersSkills And Qualifications Background / Experience Required :• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or a related field required plus a minimum of 10+ years in a relatable role with significant experience in the management and leadership of digital marketing, strategy, CX, content, design & experiences• Previous experience working in an agency environment and / or in house on the client-side is preferred where strategic thinking, analytics, and organization were critical to success• Experience overseeing editorial, branded content, and marketing creative campaigns across various content formats, from articles to video to audio• Working experience in content management systems and web technology• Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal / written communication, and excellent multitasking skills• Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team• Passion for building relationships and proactive communication• Motivated and strong detail-oriented approaches• Understanding of quantitative and qualitative measurement frameworks and KPIs for a branded eCommerce web site• Fluent in Confluence and JIRA preferred• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required• Avid consumer of pop culture and trend-spotter in culturally relevant social media and influencer spacesRegular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.If you are European Economic Resident, please click here.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.At Samsung, we believe that innovation and growth are driven by an inclusive culture and a diverse workforce.
