Join us and be a part of shaping the future of technology at Samsung Electronics.Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of Samsung Electronics' systems through constant monitoring and troubleshooting.Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to system performance and stability.Conduct regular audits and reviews of systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and proactively address them.Design and maintain infrastructure for high availability and disaster recovery.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Samsung Electronics' systems are using the latest tools and technologies.Lead and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and contribute to their professional development.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on system performance and any potential risks or issues.Work closely with software development teams to ensure new features and updates are reliable and scalable.Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner.Continuously monitor and analyze system metrics to proactively identify and address any performance issues.Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical incidents outside of business hours.Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and performance of systems.Adhere to security protocols and regulations to maintain the integrity of Samsung Electronics' systems and data.Samsung Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
