About the Team:
The Spring Training Department plans, manages, and oversees the operations and facility of the San Francisco Giants Spring Training in Scottsdale, Arizona. We collaborate across all departments on the business and baseball side. You will enjoy being part of an iconic franchise in the Sports world and get to have a direct positive impact on the fan experience of Giants Spring Training.
About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants are looking for a part-time In-Game Host from February-March, 2025. You will have the unique opportunity to be one of the voices of the San Francisco Giants during Spring Training and help create a memorable in-ballpark experience for all attendees at Giants Spring Training. You’ll work closely with the Spring Training Operations team and interact with fans to execute on-field and in-ballpark activities. You will alsobe expected to to be attentive and actively listen in every interaction with guests and teammates. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude, and outgoing personality. This role reports to the Spring Training Operations Manager. This position will be located at Scottsdale Stadium at 7408 E. Osborn Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.

● You will execute all fan contests, promotions, and pregame/in-game elements.

Qualifications
● Experience in announcing/reporting/hosting experience/game presentation experience is a requirement.
● Positive attitude and and high energy
● Must be comfortable interacting with large audiences in a live setting
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
● Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk up and down stairs easily
● Must be able to work all Giants home Spring Training games which includes flexible hours, such as early morning, weekday afternoons, nights, and weekends.
● Comfortable with technology such as computers, smartphones or tablets, ticket-scanning devices, radios, etc.
