📋 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Drive New Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and bringing in new clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage, track, and report on sales activities and maintain an organized pipeline.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of market needs and challenges, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
  • CRM Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track performance.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Ability to adjust to different perspectives and find win-win solutions, adapting sales approaches to different situations and customer needs.
