About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):13The Team: The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading software, data and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions.Our Reg & Compliance ecosystem is comprised of products that address complex regulatory requirements, client lifecycle management, and compliance needs.• Client Lifecycle: Provides automated and configurable solutions to centralize end-to-end client lifecycle processes for brokers, custodians, corporates, fund administrators, buy-side firms, investors, and service providers.• Regulatory Solutions: A comprehensive suite of tools that enable market participants to make regulatory elections, declarations, and securely share regulatory information with their trading counterparties.• Documentation Solutions: Supports clients in managing all aspects of the documentation lifecycle, from creation to data extraction, and leverages that data to enhance process automation.• Reference Data: Offers a suite of solutions that empower clients to seamlessly collect and manage suitability certificates, addressing the complexities of client lifecycle processes.• Outreach 360: A platform designed to tackle the intricate challenges of client outreach and communication, essential for regulatory updates, client lifecycle events, due diligence, and data gathering.• Managed Services: Assists clients with scalability challenges by providing access to our data, technology, and services to manage complex regulatory engagements.Responsibilities & Impact:• Product Strategy and Vision:• Translates multi-year strategy into actionable in-year execution, integrating an entity-level perspective by building and operating through business areas and processes beyond direct remit.• Plans resource allocation to achieve technical and business objectives, secures stakeholder alignment to the solution roadmap at all levels, and ensures the roadmap is forward-looking and easily updatable to stay current in an evolving market.• Product Execution and Delivery:• Leads comprehensive analyses of requirements for new or modified products to define underlying business drivers.• Ensures successful completion of all tasks and deliverables in the requirement analysis and mapping stage, supervises advanced use of analysis tools and services, and prioritizes findings to identify key requirements and objectives.• Prioritizes features based on customer impact and development time.• Stakeholder Management and Influence:• Builds relationships throughout the project lifecycle, initiating early engagement for stakeholder buy-in.• Facilitates procedures to improve communications and supports implementation of communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.• Serves as a subject matter resource, providing advice to teams and key client stakeholders.• Customer Insight:• Leads customer research and innovation activities.• Leads research into new business partners.Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $121,757 to $231,964.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. For more information on the benefits we provide to our employees, please click here .What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:• Significant experience with a market-leading enterprise software vendor specializing in front-office solutions.• Experience in Client Lifecycle Solutions is highly preferred.• Proven experience in leading high-performing global teams, with the ability to foster collaboration, facilitate teamwork, and influence internal stakeholders beyond your direct reporting lines.• Adept at building and maintaining trusted and credible relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.• A strong collaborator who enjoys serving as the bridge between engineering, product, and internal stakeholders.• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.• Proven experience in providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlogs, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.• Extensive knowledge of modern software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools.• Engaging and credible presence, especially at the executive level.• Bachelor's degree required.Return to Work:Have you taken time out for caring responsibilities and are now looking to return to work?
