Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant supports SanMar's financial consolidation, financial reporting, and internal control. They handle transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with issue resolution.

Skills

Prior experience in financial reporting and internal controls
Knowledge of basic Accounting principles
Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

Code invoices to general ledger accounts
Process transactions and update ledgers
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end closing
Prepare financial reports
Perform basic office tasks such as filing and data entry

Education

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience
