Apply now!What you’ll do:The Business AI team within the Office of the CEO is a technical center of excellence delivering core AI capabilities for consumption by product teams and organizations across all of SAP. We build the latest in AI/ML technologies, including applications leveraging large language models as well as AI/ML features for the business applications space.The team seeks to make all business applications intelligent. We build out new lighthouse applications using AI/ML, bring these capabilities into existing applications, and empower all of SAP, customers, and partners with ML services on SAP’s cloud platform.As the Chief AI Scientist & Architect within the team, you will develop and drive the AI/ML architecture strategy to integrate Generative AI capabilities seamlessly into SAP’s ecosystem, such as LLM Agents, RAG patterns & orchestration. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 233200 - 396400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
