What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Success North America HR Business Partner
Location: Newtown Square, PA or US (Virtual/Remote)
Expected start date to end date: July 2023 – January 2024
As a member of the Customer Success People Enablement Team, the HRBP Intern will support the Customer Success HR Business Partners in North America to drive strategic and operational projects and programs.
The HRBP Intern will provide strategic HR consulting, support and services to the North America Customer Success business unit and People & Organizational strategy.
Expectations & Tasks:
Support and drive strategic initatives, focus topics and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS NA L1 HRBP Lead and CS NA HRBPs.
Support the CS People Strategy and the transfomration of Global People Success Services through strategic projects and initatives.
Support the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, global projects, and bring awarness of our services to those who we support.
Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP Executive Board, Office of the North America Customer Success President, executive CS leadership, and our CS employees.
Deliver high impact data analysis to provide people and orgainzational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
