What you’ll do:

: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Media Specialist, Product Social

Expected start date to end date:

  • Work closely with a team of global product social leads to develop and grow global communities around SAP’s solutions
  • Support global product and event campaign ideation, development, and execution
  • Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups, including third-party agencies, to develop assets, deliver projects on time, and report on performance
  • Maintain key asset and resource sites
  • Review, schedule, and publish content to social media channels and advocacy networks
  • Steer performance reporting by creating reports, analyzing data and trends, and extracting insights
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and work flexibly to support colleagues and key stakeholders as needed
  • Advise on the operating model and social media strategy improvement to contribute to growth targets


What you bring:

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage projects and timelines, and achieve alignment with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in B2B marketing or social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) is an asset
  • Knowledge of the software industry is an asset
  • The preferred candidate is an undergraduate student in marketing, communications, business, digital media, and/or a related field


Meet your team:


The Global Product Social Media Team leads and manages SAP’s portfolio of product social media channels to build global communities, foster engagement, and increase brand/product awareness through organic growth.


The team is looking for a Digital Media Specialist Intern to collaborate with the social leads to develop SAP’s social media channels and help the corporate marketing organization achieve strategic objectives through channel management, strategy formulation, content development, campaign execution, and performance optimization activities.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
