Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:SAP is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support management.Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support managementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience in customer support management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Hardworking and confident personality traits- Strong project management and decision-making skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support softwareBenefits:- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Paid overtime- Life insuranceWorking Environment:At SAP, we foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels.
