Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SAP Senior Scheduler you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Provide assistance to Control Account Managers in development of scope, schedule and budget for control accounts
• Support Scheduling activities for a complex project including maintaining a baseline schedule, statuses, critical path analysis, resource analysis
• Perform deliverable and milestone revisions to the schedule as required by Change Requests and/or contractual customer mandates
• Support production of Program Control deliverables and work products
• Synchronize and coordinate with budgeting team to insure that PMB milestones are in alignment
• Develop, maintain, analyze & status schedules, resource analysis, critical path analysis, work authorization, baseline change requests, variance analysis

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 5 years experience in scheduling (MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera)
• Strong background in Earned Value Management, Project Controls, Project Management, planning and scheduling techniques, and cost control
• Strong knowledge of MS Office toolsuite
• Ability to develop, maintain and analyze integrated master schedule of moderate size and complexity
• Ability to effectively participate in planning meetings and communicate Scheduling issues to project team members
• Ability to earn a DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Software development project experience
• Strong resource management skills
• PMP, EVP, PSP certifications
• At least 1 year of experience in EVMS Budgeting Tool ( MPM, Cobra, Artemis)
• At least 2 years of experience in Financial Management
• US Navy project experience
• DoD project experience

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
