Data Entry Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring efficient lead management.
Key Responsibilities
- Real-time Lead Tracking: Monitor and track incoming leads and customer interactions across various channels.
- Data Entry: Accurately input lead and customer information into our CRM system.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates, sales pipeline activity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Communication: Coordinate with sales teams and contact centers to ensure timely follow-up and address customer inquiries.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards for lead management processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve lead tracking and sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
