Responsible for the end-to-end execution of email-driven campaigns from build using HTML, to testing and deployment, through to reporting and campaign insights to brief technical teams to deliver on campaign goals. Conduct thorough QA testing, including cross-browser and device validation.
Work with the technical team to build relevant Data Extensions based on key audience segments. An understanding of SQL of data extension support tools would be helpful in this work.
Provide technical support for users, addressing issues and customer troubleshooting as needed.
Develop and deploy customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, use cases and customer journeys. Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven, personalised communications.
Support the delivering of A/B and multivariate testing plans.
Continue to optimise, enhance & improve configuration of Braze Platform.
Manage marketing contact frequency and recency rules across multiple campaign activities.
Build, distribution and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
Proven experience as an Email/CRM Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and strategies.
Experience with end-to-end campaign development utilizing Braze across Email, SMS & Push.
Experience in Liquid syntax, Webhook, API, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Familiar with Braze SDK tagging capability and how to set up customer journey’s utilising this capability.
Strong data experience in audience & segment building.
An ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into effective direct marketing campaigns.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to deliver at speed whilst maintaining quality of work.
