Web Designer (SO2)

JOB SUMMARY

We provide top-tier e-commerce website design and online marketing services for our fortune 500 clients around world. We are looking for a talented web designer to join our team with experience in B2B and B2C. Assist with ongoing visual and functional maintenance on the sites, and work with development team and e-commerce to keep the websites up to date. Possess extensive digital marketing experience with a deep understanding of branding systems, and a proven ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and produce graphic content for websites, landing pages, and email marketing efforts
Ensure graphics are held to high quality standards and optimized for web
Conceptualize and execute designs from ideation to completion
Work closely with leads to ensure creative vision and standards are consistent with BDA goals
Work with the design team to manage and maintain existing visual design assets
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and vendors to ensure the level of service and quality always exceeds expectations
Stay current on industry trends

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design or equivalent
3+ years of Web Design industry experience
Online portfolio demonstrating creativity and skills relative to experience

Job Skills & Traits

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to handle web project from user research, concept development, wireframe,
design comps to redline
Knowledge of user-centered design best practices, and responsive web design
Strong knowledge of layouts, typography, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
High attention to details, strong organization, and time management skills
Ability to quickly grasp a creative brief and meet it with creative and on-brand ideas
Ability to work closely and effectively with other members of DesignLab and our clients
Effectively demonstrates ability to both lead and take direction
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement sound judgement
Ability to work under pressure with a solid sense for setting priorities
Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
