Role Overview 

As a Customer Care Representative at Satispay, you’ll provide assistance and support to our customers, delivering high satisfaction through the effective resolution of their requests, problems, or doubts.

Your mission:

  • Customer Support: Provide professional and timely assistance to customers, resolving their issues and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with various teams to address complex problems and deliver high-quality service.

  • Feedback Contribution: Offer valuable insights to improve business processes and product enhancements.

  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and surpass performance goals set by the Customer Care team.

Your ideal profile:

  • Customer Care Background: Previous experience in a structured customer care environment, providing a solid foundation in user management basics.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with a strong collaborative team mindset.

  • Time Management & Problem-solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is essential.
