👉 What will your duties be?

• Content Creation: Generate and edit copy for marketing newsletters, landing pages, knowledge base, banners, social media channels, and print materials such as leaflets, brochures, guides, and flyers

• Brand Alignment: Ensure that all content communicates the brand message effectively and consistently across all channels

• Collaboration: Work with the content team and designers to create asset batches, new templates, and campaign-specific assets

• Content Testing and Optimization: Utilize user personas to tailor specific copy and test layouts to optimize communication efficiency

• Content Maintenance: Update and align content assets with ongoing campaigns, segmenting the audience for personalized delivery

💪 What do we need from you?

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in marketing & content creation

• Language Skills: Native English speaker or C2 certificate for flawless written English

• Copywriting Expertise: Proven ability in crafting compelling copy for various marketing materials

• Social Media Proficiency: Experience in copywriting for both organic and paid social media channels

• Technical Writing: Ability to break down complex topics, making them comprehensible for our audience. This can extend to creation of user manuals, instructional guides, and other informative documentation

• Technical Skills: Basic graphic editing skills (such as in Figma) and ability to work with templates

• Content Testing: Demonstrated success in testing content and implementing improvements

• Independence: Ability to work autonomously on asset creation and identify areas for process improvements

• Technology Affinity: Comfort with new tools, processes, and technology, including crypto, open-source, decentralized technology, and AI tools
