Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of search engine optimization, including technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and people skills, capable of building and executing a comprehensive SEO program.

The Senior SEO Specialist will have full autonomy to develop SEO processes and strategies that drive organic growth and enhance our online presence.

👉 What will your duties be?

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals, including but not limited to keyword research, content strategy, link building, and technical SEO improvements

• Conduct thorough SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them

• Collaborate with content creators, marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development, marketing strategies and followed in website design and development

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., and report on key metrics to stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective

• Manage and optimize local SEO efforts to improve our visibility in local search results

💪 What do we need from you?

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the field

• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices for SEO

• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)

• Strong understanding of content marketing and its integration with SEO

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective SEO strategies

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
