The Role:
Saturn Trust & Safety is dedicated to creating a platform that is safe for users and true to our values. We’re looking for an outstanding Director of Trust & Safety who is passionate about building effective and scalable processes and products to ensure high schoolers’ safety on the platform. You will be responsible for working closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure safety is front-and-center across the product roadmap; operationalize our content moderation practices, design and oversee escalation plans and law enforcement interactions, and develop critical Trust & Safety partnerships.
In this role, you will collaborate across different departments and provide leadership to ensure there is alignment between teams, regulations, processes, and product. You will be responsible for developing strategic policies that put user safety at the forefront of Saturn. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about our users, building a healthy and supportive community, and a product that positively impacts millions of users.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an estimated annual salary range of $90,000-$150,000, exclusive of bonuses, commissions, and equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
