POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Product Manager with a focus on Investigations, you will be responsible for contributing to the strategic planning, development, and execution of the Sayari Graph product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, customer service and marketing, to enhance the existing product and envision new features from scratch. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, empathetic, and capable of driving a culture of excellence and proactive engagement.

• Gain a deep understanding of customers by conducting user interviews, empathizing with their experiences, and utilizing analytics to assess product performance. Become the go-to expert for the ideal customer profile assigned to your product portfolio.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to develop products from initial concept to full deployment. Align with company leadership on product roadmap strategy and priorities.
• Efficiently allocate resources to strike a balance between development speed and product quality.
• Manage product development tasks, including writing product requirement documents, collecting feedback from stakeholders, overseeing execution, creating tickets,  “dogfooding” the product, maintaining documentation, launching products, enhancing user adoption, and presenting at product review meetings.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and dedication to high quality product outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior product management staff, encouraging their technical and professional development.

• 6+ years in roles closely related to product management, demonstrating a proven track record.
• A strong passion for understanding and supporting customer objectives, with a commitment to regular engagement to master their needs and challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and create from the ground up, with a first principles thinking approach.
• Superior writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise statements. 
• Exceptional critical thinking skills, with a talent for prioritization and time management. Capable of solving problems and making decisions swiftly under pressure.A curious mindset with a focus on building, measuring, and learning for continuous improvement and growth.

• Experience in supply chain, trade compliance, or investigative fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with entity resolution and graph databases.
• Technical skills in SQL for writing queries and using analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude to derive insights and validate product decisions.
